All tenants are referenced for income, employment, credit history, previous landlords and immigration status. Right to Rent checks are also completed.

Deposits are held securely in a government-approved scheme, protecting both landlord and tenant, and are returned in line with the tenancy agreement.

For managed clients, rent is collected, reconciled and transferred promptly to your account with full monthly statements.
